I came across this great article about a mom and dad flying with their twins. The twins were on their first flight at the age of 14 weeks. You can image all the rolling eyes and “Oh great!”‘s those parents must have received at boarding time.
This fabulous couple did the cutest thing. They passed out little baggies with candies and a little note. The note reads:
“We’re twin baby boys on our first flight and we’re only 14 weeks old. We’ll try to be on our best behavior, but we’d like to apologize in advance just in case we lose our cool, get scared or our ears hurt. Our mom and dad (AKA our portable milk machine and our diaper changer) have ear plugs available if you need them.”
I love it.
This article reminded me of a conversation I had with a customer a long time ago!
Customer: I am checking in on line and I chose 4a for myself and 4b for my wife and baby. 4c is grey on the computer. What does that mean?
Me: The grey seats are less desirable.
Customer: Is it less desirable because we have a baby?
Me: (laughing) No it does not recline!
Are you headed on a flight soon and want to do something similar? Here is a cute FREE printable to use. They are perfect paired with a festive candy cane.
If you are flying soon — have a great flight!
