Cheesy Meal Ideas with Kraft Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia

Have you spotted these yet at your grocers? Kraft has combined the convenience and softness of their shredded cheese with the creaminess of their Philadelphia cream cheese to create Kraft Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia. The new Kraft Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia will add a creamy melt to all of your favorite and it comes in three amazing flavours: Creamy Mozza, Creamy Herb & Garlic, and Creamy Mexicana. I could not decide which to try first so I picked up all three!!

The melt is all you will remember.

As soon as I returned home with my Kraft Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia I went to take a peek at the recipes available online at the Kraft website. There are so many creamy cheesy recipes that I wanted to try but the one I am sharing with you is the Spicy Chicken Lasagne Roll-Ups. The meal was fast and easy to prepare but the one thing you will remember is the creamy melt of the cheese. My family loved it and this recipe is now in our regular rotation. Yumm!

Spicy Chicken Lasagne Roll-Ups

2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
1 egg , lightly beaten
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
6 lasagna noodle, cooked, rinsed and drained
1 can (19 fl oz / 680 mL) tomato sauce
1 cup Kraft Shredded Mozza Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia, divided

Preheat oven to 375′. Prepare lasagna noodles as per instructions on the box.

Mix shredded chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, crushed red peppers and Italian seasoning until combined. Divide mixture equally into six parts. Add one part of the mixture along a cooked lasagna noodle. Roll up the lasagna noodle and place seam down in a 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle with half of the Kraft Shredded Mozza Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia.

Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Kraft Shredded Mozza Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

*TIPS: This dish has a bit of a spicy kick so if your kids are like mine you may want to reduce the amount of crushed red peppers to half.
Use a rotisserie chicken or left over chicken and this recipe comes together with little effort and time!
Delicious creamy melted goodness that we had with our Spicy Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups was cheesy garlic bread. I had a store bought garlic bread and I kicked it up a notch by adding some Kraft Creamy Herb & Garlic Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia to it.
