I was sent three dolls to review, Hearts for Hearts “Dell”, Waterbabies and Wee Waterbabies. All three were a hit in our house. You can tell by the way my daughter has them on display how much she loves these dolls. The dolls are at the ready for play time and are also well loved and cared for. Here are the individual reviews. Scroll down for a great giveaway too!
The story of Hearts For Hearts Girls™ Dolls
Have you heard of Hearts For Hearts Girls™ dolls? Hearts For Hearts Girls™ dolls feature multi-cultural personalities. Each doll comes with a story to share about life in their country, including Consuelo (Mexico), Lillian (Russia), Dell (United States), Nahji (India), Rahel (Ethiopia) and Tipi (Laos). Story booklets included with each doll show young girls how their peers in other countries live, and how they contribute to their families, communities, countries, and the world. To emphasize the importance of charitable acts and giving, the makers of Hearts For Hearts Girls, is donating a portion of each doll sale to a non-profit organization. Organizations are chosen based on their service to the regions that the Hearts for Hearts Girls dolls represent. Love this concept! And my girls love these dolls.
Hearts For Hearts Girls™ dolls have been on every wish list in our home for a couple of years now. My eldest daughter has had her Hearts For Hearts Girls™ doll, “Nahji”, for almost a year. It is easily her favorite doll. When my youngest received her own Hearts For Hearts Girls™ doll, Dell, to review they were both ecstatic. The girls love sharing their dolls stories and history with each other. The quiet time they spend together brushing their dolls hair is proof. The dolls are always with us on family trips never left behind. If you need a gift idea for a girl aged 6+ these dolls will be a hit!
Water Babies & Weebabies
My youngest was also very excited to receive this cute pair of dolls. My daughter is a doll kind of girl. Water Babies are a little different as they can be filled with warm water so they feel soft and cuddly like a real baby. The Wee Waterbabies are smaller dolls that come in an assortment of 6’’ pre-filled babies each with a water-themed headpiece. The Wee Waterbabies are smaller sized for little hands, this is a favorite doll of our 4-year-old friend who comes to visit. My 6-year-old daughter also loves the size of these dolls and she willingly shares them with her friend. These are super cute and cuddly.
